Description
So this is a keepsake box I made for my grandfather's birthday. I was asked to make it really last minute which caused me to work on it for like 8 hours.
My grandfather is a fan of all things Western and Native American/Canadian (as you can see) all four sides have western-themed silhouettes painted onto them (not shown are the two smaller faces which have desert sunsets painted on them). And on top, a bull skull with the feathers hanging from the horns.
This box was painted with acrylics and then sprayed with a wood varnish to protect the wood and paint from fading.
